Prestigious Leeds Award presented to the ‘father of the Irish community’

Tom McLoughlin MBE has been presented with one of the city’s top awards by Leeds City Council. The Leeds Award formally recognises the achievements of people who have made an outstanding and lasting contribution to the city.
