During Typhoon Tino, Vladimir and his father decided to stay at home while his mother and sibling evacuated early to their neighbor's house for safety.

"As the water started rising, my father and I did our best to save our important belongings such as documents and devices," Vladimir told WooGlobe. "We struggled to keep them safe, but soon the water grew too high for us to continue.

"We never thought the flood would reach that level, especially since it was the first time such an event had ever occurred in our area. The experience left us deeply traumatized; at one point, we genuinely feared being trapped inside the house. The water rose quickly, and going outside was too dangerous because we could have been swept away by the strong current."
WooGlobe Ref : WGA335545
For licensing and to use this video, please email licensing@wooglobe.com
