WATCH: Flames were seen leaping into the night sky as a massive fire tore through a high-rise building in Kuwait City early on Sunday.<br /><br />The cause of the blaze was unclear, but it erupted as the country suffered a wave of Iranian drone and missile attacks.<br /><br />Sirens sounded across the city as the county’s military said it was responding to more attacks.<br /><br />The latest attacks came hours after Iran's president apologized for attacks on “neighboring countries".<br /><br />Iranian hard-liners, however, asserted that Tehran's war strategy would not change.
