In this chapter of Beat Down: Fists of Vengeance (Japanese PS2 version), Gina spends the day dealing with the Thompson brothers, who sell strange and repetitive items, and challenge her to fights for no apparent reason.<br /><br />Trying to find out if these items have any hidden value, Gina buys some from the brothers. For some reason, they only sell one per encounter. After buying these trinkets, she goes outside the hospital, knowing there's a suspicious guy there who buys even stolen goods without asking, a potential client. However... only to realize that the reward is much smaller than expected. The day seems wasted, and the strange business leaves her wondering if these items still have some use she's unaware of.<br /><br />Frustrated and tired of going around in circles, Gina returns to The Hole for a drink. This time, she promises that the next chapter will be different—no collecting, no useless items, just revenge against the Mafia… if she survives long enough to try.
