Disaster-Hit Guangfu Flood Prevention Work on Schedule

Officials in Taipei says a new embankment along eastern Taiwan’s Matai’an river, which overflowed and led to deadly flooding last year, will soon wrap up the first stage of construction in April. Some local market vendors are also back in business.
