Teenage boy after stolen car crashes in Hoppers Crossing

Police in Victoria are searching for two teenagers who fled the scene of a car crash in Melbourne’s west. One 15-year-old boy was killed when the car he was in crashed while travelling at 180 kilometres an hour.
