Parkrun volunteer Rod Dixon-Smith, "OG of runners"

Park runs have been growing in popularity for years. But for retiree and volunteer Rod Dixon-Smith they’re a way of life. Each Saturday he cheers on hundreds of joggers, taking part in a sport he's loved for more than 60 years.
