Over the years, YTEPP has been taking in less and less trainees, with enrolment now down to less than 40% of what it used to be in years past. However YTEPP's new Board says it is committed to expanding the programme, and ensuring that YTEPP lives up to its mandate. Rynessa Cutting has more.<br />
