Rights Groups Propose New Leave System for Working Family Caregivers

Rights groups are proposing a leave system mixing 30 days of partially paid leave and 150 days of unpaid leave for working people who act as family caregivers, many of whom are on the brink of quitting their jobs to meet the needs of family.
