R.J. Cipriani sued Paramount Skydance and the Ellisons, alleging Trump personally assured Larry Ellison to secure the Warner Bros. Discovery acquisition and that Paramount greenlit "Rush Hour 4" under political pressure. Paramount denied the claims. Warner Bros. Discovery has selected Paramount as the winning bidder pending DOJ approval.
