Fix for "Code Execution Cannot Proceed Because Steam_api64.dll Was Not Found" in GTA V

In this video, I'll show how to fix the "The code execution cannot proceed because steam_api64.dll was not found" error in GTA V.<br /><br />1. Press the WINDOWS key or click on the Windows icon<br />2. Write "security"<br />3. Click on "Windows Security"<br />4. Click on "Virus & threat protection"<br />5. Scroll down<br />6. In "Virus & threat protection settings", click on "Manage settings"<br />7. Scroll all the way down<br />8. In "Exclusions", click on "Add or remove exclusions"<br />9. Click on "Add an exclusion"<br />10. Select "Folder"<br />11. Select the GTA V folder<br />12. Click on "Select folder"<br />13.
