In a shocking incident, a Lamborghini owner has been booked for performing a high-speed drifting stunt at the busy Anil Kumble Circle on MG Road in Bengaluru during the early hours, police said on Saturday.<br /><br />According to officials, the incident took place between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m., when the luxury car was seen drifting recklessly, effectively turning the major junction into a stunt zone and putting other road users at risk.<br /><br />The act was captured on surveillance cameras and was also witnessed by several commuters present at the spot. Based on the vehicle’s registration number, Cubbon Park police have registered an FIR against the owner.<br /><br />Taking serious note of the dangerous driving, police have booked a case under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and the Motor Vehicles Act.<br /><br />Authorities have launched an investigation to identify the person who was driving the vehicle at the time of the incident. Police are also verifying whether the registered owner was behind the wheel.
