AFP chief calls for stronger cyber defense<br /><br />Armed Forces of the Philippines chief, Gen. Romeo Brawner Jr., says on March 24, 2026 that wars involving Ukraine and Russia, as well as Iran, the United States and Israel, showed how cyberattacks can hit an adversary’s networks even before actual strikes.
