A disturbing incident of violence and reckless driving has surfaced from Sahaspur in Dehradun, where a group of youths allegedly created chaos at Dharmawala Chowk. A video of the incident has gone viral on social media.<br /><br />According to police, the incident took place late Sunday night in the Vikasnagar area, where miscreants reportedly drove a car recklessly into a crowd, causing panic among locals. The video shows the vehicle being driven dangerously towards people.<br /><br />Amid the chaos, a youth identified as Ravindra Singh, a resident of Shahpur Kalyanpur (Dharmawala), was allegedly assaulted by a group. Police said four individuals were beating him when officers reached the spot after receiving information about the disturbance.<br /><br />Sahaspur police acted swiftly and arrested four accused on the spot. The arrested have been identified as Ikram (36), Vishal Goyal (32), Shahrukh (26), and Arshad (26).<br /><br />The vehicle used in the incident has been seized.
