Flash floods triggered by torrential rains have killed at least 88 people and displaced thousands across western Kenya, as entire villages were submerged and farmland destroyed.<br /><br />Footage captured on Tuesday along the Kisumu-Homa Bay border shows inundated homes and waterlogged fields.
