Birth and beyond has been the only non-clinical, pregnancy-to-parenting organisation in Central Australia. But funding shortfalls were sparking fears they'll will force to shut shop. The service provided vital support and a drop-in space to families, particularly new mothers and it has been calling for ongoing funding to keep services running.
