There are three truths you must come to terms with if you want peace:<br /><br />1. If they wanted to, they would.<br />Effort is never accidental. Priority is intentional.<br /><br />2. No response is a response.<br />Silence is communication. Delay is information. Avoidance is clarity.<br /><br />3. Not everyone shares your values, your goals, or your heart.<br />And expecting them to operate like you do will only exhaust you.<br /><br />Some of you are over-explaining, over-waiting, over-giving — trying to force alignment where there is none.<br /><br />Stop negotiating with reality.<br /><br />When someone shows you their level of effort, believe it.<br />When someone stays silent, read it.<br />When someone moves differently than you, accept it.<br /><br />Maturity is recognizing patterns early.<br />Peace is acting on them.<br /><br />You don’t need more closure.<br />You need stronger standards.<br /><br />Comment “clarity” if you’re done ignoring red flags.
