Business tycoon Ramon Ang assured the public that Petron Corporation will not take advantage of the ongoing fuel crisis amid rising tensions in the Middle East.<br /><br />Ang also said he is open to selling the country’s only oil refinery back to the government if it would help address supply concerns and stabilize the situation.
