Two dead, dozens missing after Mediterranean migrant boat capsizes, NGOs say<br /><br />A cargo ship helps a capsized migrant boat off the Libyan coast. NGOs Mediterranean Saving Humans and Sea-Watch said on social media that two people died and more than 70 are missing from the boat, which left Libya on 4 April with around 105 people on board.
