As part of the Pakistan NextGen Hospitality Challenge (PNHC) 2026 – Season 2, students from the Barista Techniques & Presentation category visited The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf for an immersive industry exposure session. The visit offered aspiring baristas a valuable opportunity to experience international coffee culture and observe professional café operations in a real-world environment.<br /><br />During the visit, students explored the art of coffee preparation, espresso extraction, milk frothing techniques, beverage presentation, and customer service standards. Professional baristas and café staff shared their expertise on specialty coffee trends, consistency in flavor, and the importance of presentation and customer engagement in the modern café industry.
