On the morning of August 12, Hun Sen delivered a memorable speech in which he lashes out at pretty much everyone (EU, USA, local and international NGOs, etc.) who have recently criticized the government's ongoing crackdown on freedom of expression.<br /><br />The most violent moments of his speech is addressed to opposition MP Mu Sochua, who earlier this year filed a court complaint against Hun Sen.
