A shocking hit-and-run incident has been reported from Raipur’s Ashwini Nagar area, where a drunk e-rickshaw driver allegedly rammed into a woman and a scooty rider at high speed before fleeing the scene.<br /><br />According to police, the incident was captured on CCTV cameras, which clearly show the e-rickshaw crashing into the victims and speeding away immediately after the collision.<br /><br />Both injured individuals were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
