Released in 2010 for iOS and Android, Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 is a mobile adaptation of Konami's original console and PC soccer, developed by Konami Paris Studio and published by Konami. Rather than tried to replicate the original's soccer game logic, this versions gives a tigher, different 2010-11 leagues, teams and rosters and on match with only one stadium.

This version features leaderboards where players can check how they fare against friends. Training is available, which is recommended to take before getting into matches just to get a hang of how you control players. Lastly has gallery of trophies won in leagues and cups as well as options for users to manipulate the difficulty level, length of matches and more. Getting into the gameplay itself (always the main selling point of a soccer sim), it's not actually too bad. One would think that the breakup of controls and buttons available and be limited to a single D-pad accompanied by two buttons would have a negative impact on the control of players. Konami has done a superb job in keeping the controls simple while providing the player with all the functions available to effectively play a soccer and score goals. It's not all green grass and roses for PES on Windows Phone, and if you find loading screens to be a real pain in the rear-end then you should definitely dribble clear of this title. Even returning to the main screen from the options section or the achievements podium will award you with a loading screen. While the gameplay remains true along with the Android and iOS versions, you can't help but notice that each match you play feels artificial in a weird way.

The game offers an on-screen virtual D-pad and buttons, mimicking console controls for passing, shooting, and through-balls. The system emphasizes a 360-degree passing ratio and a "true flow" style, allowing for AI-supported movement or manual control over shots and skills, including advanced moves like bicycle kicks. The screen in-game is maintained compared to iOS version for iPhone, different than iPad tablet resolution.

Played on the phone, with Motorola Moto G24 Power, with Android 14 and MediaTek Helio G88 GPU. Until Android 14, this game runs barely on all phones, but it can't be installed due to a old APK. Use Install with Options and then, select the option, Ignore Low Target SDK Blocking, and recommended to set with Full App, Grant Restricted Permissions, Grant All Requested Permissions, Disable Verification and Disable Authorized APEX Update Verification to install. A Shizuku is required to activate in order to use this application. Upon running, as a successor, PES 2012, mainly an Japanese version available, Winning Eleven 2012, does not really work if is on black screen, but only can need an app like App Cloner to work. PES 2011 was playable on modern phones that restores sound in-game and fixes crashes by message meaning "Divide by zero", where previously is tested on phones than below Android 13.
