A Manhattan federal jury found Live Nation and Ticketmaster maintained a monopoly over major U.S. concert venues, overcharging consumers $1.72 per ticket across 22 states. The verdict could cost the company hundreds of millions and potentially force divestitures including amphitheaters. Ticketmaster controls 86% of concert ticketing. Live Nation shares fell over 6% while rivals Vivid Seats and StubHub rose.
