The Opposition has changed its representation on Parliament's key financial oversight body following allegations of bias and misconduct against Janelle John-Bates.<br /><br />She has been replaced by Vishnu Dhanpaul on the Public Administrations and Appropriations Committee, after a damning internal report raised concerns about her conduct during an ongoing inquiry.<br />
