MAN DEEP FRIES EVERYTHING FROM PET FOOD TO ‘1000-YEAR-OLD EGG’<br />WITH PIX AND VID<br />By Shuk Yee Tsang<br />A Scottish man has taken his deep-frying experiments to the extreme testing everything from pet food to a so-called “1000-year-old egg.”<br />Darren Dowling, 29, from Glasgow, Scotland, filmed the eyebrow-raising clips as part of his viral project exploring what happens when unconventional items hit hot oil.<br />Among the most shocking moments are attempts to deep fry pet food and a century egg, pushing the boundaries of both taste and tolerance.<br />But the experiments didn’t always go smoothly.<br />Despite the chaos, the project continues to attract attention, with viewers both fascinated and horrified by how far the experiments go.<br />He said: “The biggest horror story is when I was deep-frying dog food in an Airbnb in Aberdeen.<br />“We mistakenly thought we were checking out at 11am, but it was 10am.<br />“So here’s us at 10am, just after frying dog food with 3L of roasting hot cooking oil.<br />“In the end, we had to pour it into 15 bags for life and then fire it into a wheelie bin.<br />“To this day the Airbnb host has no idea. She gave me 5* as well in our review and said we left the place clean!”<br />END
