Mumbai, Maharashtra: Filmmaker and producer K. C. Bokadia, in a conversation with IANS, discussed his upcoming film 'Teesri Begum', its censor board challenges and his long career in Bollywood. He said it is now harder to cast top actors compared to earlier times. Recalling his experience with Bollywood super star Amitabh Bachchan, K. C. Bokadia said the actor once agreed to sign a film without reading the full script, reflecting his trust and professionalism. He also praised actor Shah Rukh Khan, calling him generous and humble and noted that Shah Rukh was even willing to work without taking a fee on one of his projects. Speaking about today’s actors, Bokadia expressed concern over rising costs and changing attitudes, criticizing demands like multiple vanity vans as impractical for producers. He stressed the need for actors to be more mindful of production constraints and maintain balance between creativity and practicality in filmmaking.

#KCBokadia #TeesriBegum #Bollywood #HindiCinema #FilmProducer #Filmmaker #AmitabhBachchan #ShahRukhKhan #BollywoodActors #CensorBoard #IndianCinema #FilmIndustry #MovieProduction #CastingChallenges #RisingCosts #VanityVans #ProductionIssues #FilmScript #Professionalism #Creativity #IndustryChange #IANS
