Even a casual rehearsal can produce a moment no one planned for.<br /><br />Inside a Barangay hall, a guy in a petticoat begins dancing.<br /><br />The filmer, Rejean, told WooGlobe, ''We were practicing our festival dance, and it was break time. Our choreographer, the guy in the video, decided to wear a petticoat for fun.
