NHS trial explores double cochlear implants for adults with hearing loss

A major NHS-backed study is testing whether two cochlear implants could improve hearing and wellbeing for adults. It is being led by Addenbrooke’s Hospital and the University of Cambridge and involves more than 250 patients across the UK.
