Delhi में 310 परिवारों को 15 दिन में घर छोड़ने का नोटिस, पुनर्वास नहीं — सरकारों की वादाखि़लाफ़ी <br /> <br />दिल्ली के निगम बोध घाट स्थित यमुना बाजार इलाके में रहने वाले करीब 310 परिवारों को दिल्ली प्रशासन की ओर से कॉलोनी खाली करने का नोटिस जारी किया गया है. यह नोटिस आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम 2005 की धारा 34 के तहत जारी किया गया है.प्रशासन का कहना है कि यह पूरी बस्ती यमुना के फ्लड प्लेन यानी ओ-जोन क्षेत्र में बसी हुई है, जो डीडीए की जमीन मानी जाती है. हर साल यमुना में बाढ़ आने पर सबसे पहले यही इलाका जलमग्न हो जाता है. <br /> <br />The Delhi administration has issued eviction notices to approximately 310 families residing in the Yamuna Bazar area, located near Nigam Bodh Ghat in Delhi.
