The phenomenon shifts subtly as the clouds move, creating a mesmerizing visual effect.<br />The clip was shared online Iik said: "When I was riding my motorbike, I accidentally saw irredrescent clouds, so I pulled my motorbike to the side of the road and started recording it with my cellphone."<br />ENDS
