A freak accident has claimed the life of a Tobago man during the early hours of Monday morning in the Bagatelle area. <br /><br />Dead is Dirk John of Bagatelle #1, Tobago, who reportedly fell off a concrete wall, into a drain and broke his neck. More from Elizabeth Williams.<br />
