Public hearings before the International Court of Justice regarding the border dispute between Guyana and Venezuela concluded today....but not before Venezuela's Acting President had her say.<br /><br />Venezuela's interim leader maintained her country's position on the Court and the Essequibo region, as she made reference to a protocol that had been signed in this country's capital city in 1970.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.<br />
