Three years ago, the garden was in a wilderness state, and by clever use of mulching and no big principles, the two part-time gardeners have turned it round. Caroline and Leslie work there just three days a week and they never stop!<br />The hotel owners, Fjona and James are passionate about bringing health from soil to plate.
