We'll be sharing more of our usual episodes as restrictions lift.

Lauren and Nicholas Russo found Karoot while searching for a home for their growing family, together they lovingly converted the 40sqm mid-century apartment into a two bedroom home. Focusing on supporting the existing feature wall and full height windows.

The space is laid out to guide towards the outside view, using multipurpose curtains to add texture and conceal utilities. Each of which is seamlessly integrated with concealing joinery and materials that flow throughout the home. With a focus to maintain and preserve Lauren and Nicholas are keeping older housing alive and used.

#microapartment #architecture #interiordesign

Project Name: Karoot Apartment
Architects:
Lauren Russo - https://thisistheset.com/
Nicholas Russo - http://branchstudioarchitects.com/

Website https://www.nevertoosmall.com
Instagram https://www.instagram.com/nvtsmall/
Facebook http://www.facebook.com/nvtsmall

Follow our favourite illustrator Candy Ng https://www.instagram.com/yanyancandyng/

Produced by https://newmac.co
Creator: Colin Chee
Director: Colin Chee
Producer: Lindsay Barnard
Camera: Colin Chee
Editor: Colin Chee
Music: The Long Wait by Dear Gravity.
