It was a time of celebration for many supporters of United Way of Central Ohio. Facing economic uncertainty, United Way of Central Ohio company supporters rallied to help raise $51.8 million in the annual campaign. The CELEBRATION OF EXCELLENCE luncheon paid tribute to United Way’s corporate partners, which produced amazing benefits for our community in 2008. The event announced United Way of Central Ohio's winners of the awards — given in honor of the creative efforts central Ohio businesses have put forth. Each business’ campaign was judged by non-partisan volunteers to determine which companies excelled.
