Glencoe — Glencoe 1972 (UK, Progressive Rock)

A band featuring a fine group of musicians—keyboardist Graham Maitland played in Five Day Rain and Les Fleur De Lys, guitarist John Turnbull in Arc, Heavy Jelly, and Skip Bifferty, and bassist Norman Watt-Roy in Greatest Show On Earth—later closely associated with the pub rock scene and even with The Selecter. The result is a fine album of classic guitar-and-keyboard rock, with progressive moments reminiscent of early Camel or Wishbone Ash, sing-alongs in the vein of America, and some truly rock 'n' roll songs. The band accompanied Deep Purple on their 1972 UK tour.

Tracks:

01. Airport - 0:00

02. Look Me In The Eye - 5:03

03. Lifeline - 9:18

04.
