Government is seeking to amend the DNA Act to have mandatory DNA samples taken from terrorist fighters and returnees from "Terrorist Zones." <br /><br />This, it says, is to address a serious loophole in the present legislation. <br /><br />But the Opposition is challenging part of the amendment giving power to the Minister of Defence, saying it raises serious Constitutional red flags.<br /><br />Alicia Boucher has the details from the Senate.<br />
