NASA briefing from 1972 includes discussion of 'alien star base' on the Moon

The latest drop of documents came on Friday (12.06.26), and included audio from a NASA discussion after the Apollo 16 mission - where the spaceship orbited the moon from 16 to 27 April 1972.
