While working in the Kabetogama woods, Joey Sabin witnessed a wolf pursuing a deer. The predator exhausted the deer before attempting to make the kill, biting into its hind leg. Fortunately, Joey and his team intervened, driving the wolf away. After the encounter, the deer remained with them for several hours to regain its strength before fleeing.
