NBA Star Tracy McGrady launched the Darfur Dream Team. The Dream Team connects schools in America with schools in Darfuri refugee camps in Chad. Through fundraising, educational awareness, and other steps, the program aims to improve the educational opportunities of these resilient refugee students.
