Filmmaker Duncan shared his firsthand account with WooGlobe, stating, "I woke up around 10 am and noticed the heavy rain. I began filming the storm and its developments as the morning progressed." The footage shows Duncan on a rooftop, having aided neighbors and a dog to safety, while capturing individuals stranded on their cars to escape the deluge. "By around 1:28 pm, the water had receded approximately 1.5-2 feet, and we began the rescue process," Duncan noted.
