Patrolling in Raton Canyon as a San Andreas Park Ranger, I ran across a situation so strange that I'm at a loss for how to describe it in the title.<br /><br />I wasn't even recording when I first encountered this Nagasaki Outlaw, a side-by-side or UTV from GTA Online that appeared in SP via a traffic mod. It tried to round a curve but was going so fast that it understeered and impacted the rock retaining wall, then drove away as I turned around to go after it. That's where I began recording.<br /><br />For reasons still unknown, when I dismissed the driver with a warning, he exited the Outlaw and started to walk away, and wouldn't get back into it. I couldn't get into it either, and the alarm started sounding when I pushed it with my vehicle.<br /><br />Over 1 year later (this was recorded in May of 2025) I'm still perplexed about what happened here. The last time I encountered weirdness like this, back in 2018 I believe, my hard drive completely failed not long after. IDK.
