NSW scrapped roadworks speed limits outside construction hours. Should the ACT follow?

The NRMA is calling for the ACT to fall into line with New South Wales and scrap road work speed limits outside construction hours. It comes as drivers speeding around major road upgrades in Canberra's west are put on notice.
