A public rift has emerged within the Prison Officers' Association over a letter questioning the treatment of detained businessman Dominic Hadeed which has led to Prison Commissioner Carlos Corraspe being sent on leave. <br />The Association's President says the correspondence was sent without his knowledge or approval, while the Association itself has now defended the General Secretary's actions.<br />
