Vehicles have been swept away in floodwaters, and seven people have been injured in the Poonch sector. Warnings have been issued across 22 districts of Jammu and Kashmir. Pilgrims are being advised to remain at base camps until further notice, as the weather conditions remain severe and unpredictable.</p>
