With round about 97,000 employees BASF SE is the world's leading chemical company. As such a multitude of cultural backgrounds, mindsets and ways to work converge there. The Diversity + Inclusion Team at BASF therefore aims to make those synergies efficient, integrate a culture of appreciation and openness and benefit from the diversity of a transnational company. Neuland + Herzer is in charge for the project’s internal and partially external communication measures.<br /><br />Within these measures the 11 episodes movie series ‘Everyone Counts Movies’ was created and allowed employees world wide to voice their thoughts concerning topics about Diversity + Inclusion.<br />In this first episode BASF explain their understanding of Diversity + Inclusion. The film thus is an ideal introduction to the whole topic and later episodes.
