The international rio film festival, the biggest one in south america starts september 24th and runs until october 8th.<br /><br />Nisimasa, the european network of young cinema is there with a dozen of dynamic people, from both europe and latin america, offering every two days a bilingual magazine (english/portugese) for the participants.<br /><br />On September 27, an emotional screening took place in Complexo do Alemão, one of Rio's favelas.
