While chatting online one day Katherine started obsessing over Bloomin' Onions from Outback Steakhouse. Eventually, we discovered that Outback Steakhouse is worldwide and that includes Australia!! We started making plans. We found the nearest Outback Steakhouse to us, decided we'd go for lunch, and prepared ourselves for bloomin' awesomeness!
