A 51-year-old lorry driver pleaded not guilty in the Shah Alam Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (Oct 13) to driving under the influence of methamphetamine and amphetamine, causing injuries to four people in a crash involving 11 vehicles on Oct 9. <br /><br />C.
